TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Sir Einstein Academy website, online platforms, educational programs, courses, study materials, counselling services and other services provided by Sir Einstein Academy.

By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, registering for a course, enrolling in a program, making a payment or using our services, you agree to these Terms, subject to applicable law. If you do not agree, please do not use the relevant website or service.

1. Educational Services

Sir Einstein Academy provides academic and educational support services, which may include:

  • IIT-JEE preparation
  • NEET preparation
  • MHT-CET preparation
  • Foundation programs
  • School-level academic preparation
  • NEET Repeater programs
  • Crash courses and revision programs
  • Online and digital learning programs
  • Academic mentoring and guidance
  • Study materials and practice resources
  • Tests, assessments and mock examinations
  • Career counselling and educational guidance

Programs, courses, locations, schedules, faculty, curriculum and other offerings may be changed, updated, suspended or discontinued, subject to applicable commitments and law.

2. Eligibility and Parent/Guardian Responsibility

Students and parents/guardians may use our website and services. Where a student is a minor, registration, enrolment, payment or consent may need to be completed or approved by a parent or lawful guardian.

The person submitting information or completing an enrolment confirms that the information provided is accurate and that they are authorized to provide it.

3. Website Use

You agree to use the website only for lawful and legitimate purposes. You must not:

  • Fees paid for one student or course are not automatically transferable to another student or course unless approved by the Academy.

The Academy may revise fees for future batches or programs without changing fees already agreed upon, subject to applicable terms.

6. Fee Refund, Cancellation and Transfer Policy

Refunds, cancellations, transfers or fee adjustments will be governed by the specific Fee Refund and Cancellation Policy communicated at or before enrolment. Where a separate written policy exists, that policy will apply subject to applicable law.

The Academy's refund policy may specify different treatment for registration/admission fees, tuition fees, study materials, services already provided, taxes, payment-gateway charges, scholarships, discounts, instalments, course commencement and transfer requests.

Refund eligibility may depend on:

  • Date of enrolment
  • Date of cancellation request
  • Whether the course has commenced
  • Attendance or services already used
  • Study materials or digital access already provided
  • Administrative or processing charges
  • Nature of the course or program
  • Specific written admission or refund terms

Any approved refund will generally be processed through the original or another appropriate payment method within the applicable processing period. Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict rights or remedies available under applicable consumer-protection law.

7. Online Courses and Digital Access

Online course access may require successful registration, payment confirmation, valid credentials, a defined course validity period, compatible devices, internet access and other technical requirements.

Access is personal to the registered student and must not be shared. The Academy may suspend or terminate access for credential sharing, unauthorized distribution, misuse or violation of these Terms.

8. Study Materials and Educational Content

The Academy may provide notes, PDFs, question banks, practice papers, mock tests, videos, presentations, assignments, worksheets, recorded lectures and other educational resources.

Materials are provided for the personal educational use of the enrolled student unless otherwise stated. Students must not sell, commercially distribute, publicly upload, share with non-enrolled persons, record or redistribute paid content or lectures without authorization.

9. Intellectual Property

Website content and Academy materials, including logos, brand names, text, graphics, images, videos, course content, notes, question papers, presentations, software, website design and educational resources, are owned by or licensed to Sir Einstein Academy and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No proprietary Academy content may be reproduced, modified, distributed, published, transmitted, sold or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except to the extent permitted by law.

10. Student Conduct

Students must maintain appropriate conduct in classrooms, online classes, examinations, events and other Academy activities.

  • Respect faculty, staff, students and other participants
  • Follow classroom and examination rules
  • Avoid disruptive, abusive or inappropriate behaviour
  • Protect Academy property and equipment
  • Follow reasonable instructions of faculty and management
  • Maintain appropriate conduct during online sessions

The Academy may take appropriate disciplinary action for serious or repeated violations, including suspension or termination of course access, subject to applicable policy and law.

11. Tests, Examinations and Academic Outcomes

The Academy may conduct periodic tests, mock examinations, assessments, practice tests, assignments and performance reviews.

These activities are intended to support academic preparation. The Academy does not guarantee a particular score, percentile, rank, college admission, scholarship or career outcome.

Results depend on multiple factors, including student effort, attendance, preparation, examination conditions, competition, eligibility and rules of the relevant examination authority.

12. Career Counselling and Guidance

Career counselling and academic guidance are intended to support informed educational decisions. Students and parents should independently verify important college, examination, admission, eligibility, fee and career information where appropriate.

The Academy does not guarantee admission to any particular college, university, course, examination or professional program.

13. Third-Party Services

The website may link to payment gateways, educational platforms, examination authorities, social media platforms and other third-party services. These services are not controlled by the Academy. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, security, availability, accuracy, terms or services.

14. Website Availability

We aim to maintain a functional website and online services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, compatibility with every device or browser, or freedom from harmful components. Availability may be affected by maintenance, technical failures, internet connectivity, hosting issues, security incidents or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

15. Accuracy of Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current. Course details, schedules, fees, faculty, locations, examination information, admission requirements and other details may change. Users should confirm important information with the Academy before making an admission, payment, travel or academic decision.

16. User-Submitted Information

Users must provide accurate and current information and must not submit information that is unlawful, infringing, malicious, fraudulent or misleading. Personal information submitted through the website or services will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

17. Communications

By submitting an enquiry or registering, users may receive communications relating to course information, admission enquiries, batch schedules, classes, tests, academic updates, announcements, counselling, payment information and requested services.

Promotional communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the user's communication preferences.

18. Accounts and Credentials

Nothing in these Terms gives the Academy an unrestricted right to publish a minor student's identifiable information for promotional purposes.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sir Einstein Academy will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services, including losses associated with temporary website unavailability, internet or technical problems, third-party services, circumstances beyond reasonable control, examination schedule or rule changes, student performance, examination results or college admission decisions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

21. Force Majeure

The Academy will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemics or pandemics, government restrictions, war, civil disturbances, strikes, telecommunications failures, power outages, technical infrastructure failures and other unforeseen circumstances.

Where reasonably possible, the Academy may provide alternative arrangements, rescheduling, online classes or other appropriate solutions.

22. Suspension or Termination

The Academy may suspend or terminate access to website, online courses or other services where necessary, including for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, unauthorized content sharing, misuse of resources, serious misconduct, non-payment or security concerns.

Termination will not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination.

23. Changes to These Terms

The Academy may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published with a revised Last Updated date and version number. Continued use after publication may constitute acceptance to the extent permitted by law. Material changes will be communicated where required.

24. Privacy
